For State House District 84
I was born in Binger, Oklahoma and grew up in Union City, Oklahoma. My father was a lineman for the Rural Electric Co-op and my mother was a homemaker up until my father became disabled at which point my mother went to work for AT&T.
I graduated from Union City Public High School in 1967. I went on to get a degree in Social Work and began working for the Department of Human Services. I later received training in counseling and became a Liscensed Clinical Social Worker.
I met my wife Liz in 1974 while attending the OU School of Social Work. We got married in 1983, and are proud to be reaching our 25th Anniversary.
I currently work for Community Pathways Unlimited. I provide counseling for the elderly and disabled in many nursing homes across the state.
For many years I have considered running for House District 84, but Sally Kern's comments and the threat of extremists from either the right or the left infringing on our personal freedoms set me into action. I believe in three basic principles, freedom equality and prosperity.
